"This hotel was filthy. The hallway carpets look like they have years of dirt ground in & in the three days we were there the floors in the entry/stairway were not mopped (floor had visible filth, dead bugs, etc.). All the entrances smelled like urine (hope that’s from the dogs that are allowed to stay). The pool was broken, two of the four washing machines were broken, there were insects in the room (I woke up to ants crawling on my arms in the middle of the night), and dirty water backed up...
