The room layout was well done, plenty of back-up towels, toiletries. The breakfast and dinner buffets at either Legoland hotel is very convenient and have good food selections. Loved that they're both located at the entrance to the park. Maybe an explanation about taking hotel pool towels to the Water Park instead of charging inside. A larger laundry room would be better.

The immersive experience of this hotel alone made it worth it. But the staff make this hotel! The convenient location to the park is a huge plus also. The food is what lets this hotel down, overpriced and poor quality.

We had a lot of fun doing the various activities that were offered between the two hotels. There was plenty of different playgrounds and stations to keep us occupied. The breakfast was amazing, great food and lots of variety for picky eaters. Rooms were comfortable and stocked with plenty of supplies and legos.

Clean room, very cute decor all over. U can go to both hotels and use the amenities. Like the movies and playground inside the castle hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet included, it was ok. Lots of variety. My kids loved it. Walking distance to entrance was a huge plus.

Everything was very clean, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the staff were amazing—so friendly, kind, and helpful. As the first timer, the resort was a lot to unpack! Just know that that is a lot going on visually and audibly when you walk into the lobby and through the restaurant. I do however appreciate that once we got to our room, everything was toned down enough to unwind. I would definitely stay again. There was a temporary power outage, but I had to believe that that was a one off. Other than that, it was so convenient to go to and from the park as well as go down to eat. My kids had a blast!
