Villa was perfect size for family of 5 to stay and with easy access to pool and kids play area. Outside BBQs for use were a great feature as well. Access into San Diego and La Jolla was perfect for day trips and outlet mall nearby was great for shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay when visiting Legoland if wanting to stay off property but within walking distance. Very short walk that is mostly shaded. My kids loved the family pool and the splash pad/playground areas. It was spacious and clean, a great home base for the week. We drove a (low roof) ford transit van and were able to park easily in the garage (which staff stated was 7’ but we were still a bit nervous about prior to arrival). The resort offers several activities every day in case there are pockets of free time you are wanting to fill, and you are able to borrow beach toys, towels, etc. as needed.

Such an amazing stay at Pacific Palisades Resort in Carlsbad! Rosa at the front desk went above and beyond to help my family get settled into our room. She was incredibly pleasant to talk to and very understanding of our family’s needs and requests. The amenities were fantastic—an awesome pool for the kids, fun games throughout the property, and a beautiful view from our balcony. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

My entire family enjoyed our stay at the Grand Pacific Palisade immensely.. we will surely come back and visit. The pool's in the hot tub were well maintained and our kids spent many hours enjoying the facilities. The rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly. It seemed any request we had they met it quickly. I highly recommend this resort.
