We came here specifically for the pool, of course it was completely packed with nowhere to sit/ leave a towel, and the adults only area was the only place available however you cannot sit over there with kids. Too crowded not enough chairs for the people that stay in there. The room was spacious and clean, and the food was actually really good at all the restaurants we went to. We will definitely come back just not during spring break and maybe without kids lol

Checking in was great, and the staff was so patient with my half and I that if we wouldn’t have had to deal with the b*tch upon checking out “Staff” would’ve received 4 stars but were brought down to 2 stars, luckily up from the 1 star I wanted to give them. Room was nice. Swimming pool, hot tubs (6 total), and lazy river were clean and well maintained, casino was clean, staff definitely needs some training in customer relations and communications, but other than that everything else was up to par and an enjoyable

The rooms are noisy. You can hear neighbors closets squeaking and closing during the night. DO NOT let your kids in the jacuzzi. They are over chlorinated the kids and adults were coughing from the gases and staff didnt care. They said they couldnt do anything about it. The restaurants and play are good if you are not staying the night.
