Carved Stone on Natural Bridge Tours

The MGM Grand has beautiful pools and a great atmosphere, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, and our room key cards kept getting deactivated, forcing us to make multiple trips back to reception to have them reactivated. Instead of being understanding, we were met with attitude each time we asked for help. One morning, around 6:00 a.m. on a Monday, someone from outside the hotel property was blasting karaoke through loud speakers, waking guests. It was incredibly disruptive, and it seemed like no one was able to do anything about it. Although the rooms are designated non-smoking, after a few days our room began smelling strongly of marijuana, which appeared to be coming from neighboring rooms through the ventilation. It made the room much less comfortable and was disappointing given the hotel’s non-smoking policy. Everything on the property is also extremely overpriced. While the pools and overall atmosphere are enjoyable, the poor customer service, repeated inconveniences, early morning noise, and marijuana smell made this stay far less enjoyable than we expected.
