"A well maintained and comfortable hotel with most helpful staff. The room was well appointed and the breakfast offer- especially the "Continental" - was excellent. Very convenient for local shops etc in Ealing Broadway and transport links both to the West End and Heathrow. I would stay there again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "

"Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "

"I came down for work and this location was perfect distance to where I was working. Room was cozy and clean and had the basics i needed but was very warm. Parking was perfect, no issues parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However breakfast was a little disappointing. I had to pre order on arrival with no change for the 3 days I was there, however the food was excellent and hot. I would recommend for a short stay with a budget in mind like myself ."
