My main issue when I stayed there was that the hot water didnt work but sadly when I reached out to the company, they sent someone in to check that the water heater was on and set to maximum temp(which I had done and told them about in my query), after checking that, no matter how much I pleaded that the water output was not actually hot despite what the...

The bed was very comfortable, and the room kept a pleasant temperature, even during the cold nights. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions. Overall, a very positive experience."
