"The location of this hotel was nice and in the middle of things, but on this trip, this is the 4th hotel we have stayed at and I would say it was the worst one in terms of how nice the room was. The shower was a tub, the AC didn't work. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, I was just expecting the room to be nicer and it was more expensive then some of the nicer hotels we stayed at."

"The customer service was lacking for a hotel. The rooms felt very un clean and house keeping was slow, no attention to detail and an overall general feeling of not caring. No plug in the bathroom, coffee not replenished etc. The beds and the pillows however were very comfy. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again."

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable bed with all the amenities you could wish for in the en-suite bathroom. I would happily recommend and would stay here again. "

"Perfect Location !!!!! A bit noisy at night but with window closed and air on . It fine . Can’t get a better location . Literally walking distance to shops and restaurants and metro and bus etc I would stay here again for sure"
