"Lovely location. Grand old hotel. Great reception & staff : Khalil especially at concierge desk. "

"The staff was ok but this is not a 5 stars! Nothing available in the room. No iron. Nothing practical. The coffee machine wasn’t working… the area is… abandoned. "

"The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection."

"Expedia doesn’t have good connections with t hotel. We were provided with a room with no sheet or towels. Have to complain to get them to change the room. They also have additional charges for so called local taxes. Be ware."

"Need to work on the food"

"We stayed 3 nights. We asked to be moved to a higher floor for the view and they were happy to do so, our stuff was moved while we were out, we did not lift a finger. People were more than helpful and accommodating. Would stay there again if ever back in Casablanca "
