"Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. "This cozy and comfortable hostería is a true gem in the city of Pucón. I had just arrived in town, and was looking for a central place to explore the area. Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. Nothing is fancy here, but it’s perfect for an efficient and relaxing stay. The daily breakfast was extensive and delicious! (On that note, do yourself a favor and sample some of their home-made, freshly-baked desserts and pastries – I tried about 5 different options and they were all off-the-charts.) This is old-school hospitality at its best – and I can’t wait to come back!"
