โIt was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. โ
โThe host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room.
She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host.
The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient.

โUbicaciรณn privilegiada, a pasos de todo: playa, restaurantes, tiendas y Casino. Excelente ambiente, el anfitriรณn muy simpรกtico y preocupado de los pasajeros, habla Francรฉs, Inglรฉs y obviamente castellano.
El precio muy conveniente ya que los precios se eximen de IVA.โ

โThe hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street.โ
