“Breathtaking beautiful beach that is great for kiddos to explore, lodge with tables, spa, mini golf ( very mini). WiFi is only at lodge and open network. We stayed at deluxe cabin, it was clean and met our basic needs. Beds were hard a rocks, but very pretty outdoors setting with picnic table and fire pit. Mote: There was absolutely no cell service ( t-mobile), so great way to connect without technology. ”

“We showed up to Thousand Trails Leavenworth during a power outage, after a 12-hour drive over slick, icy, and fallen rock-strewn roads during (apparently) a storm-of-the-century type situation. Also, although the address is "Leavenworth", it is actually closer to Plain, a twisty jaunt about 30 minutes outside of Leavenworth. I was tired, cold, and cranky. Luckily, I had called ahead to explain we would be late and the welcome packet was right where the staff said it would be, easy to retrieve....
