“The property is in a great location and the rooms are excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and both experiences were wonderful.”

“The view of the place, the clean room, the friendly staff and breakfast were all satisfactory.”

“This is a gem! We got a two room sea view suite and a one room suite. Both were huge with huge porches looking out for the ocean! We could have relaxed in our rooms for hours. We swam in the pool every night! And we did the breakfast every morning. The pool was so fun and the breakfast was incredible (coffee, cakes, croissants, yogurt, eggs and bacon and more). We needed it to recover from our jet lag and it went until 11am so we could really relax and have all three cups of coffee...

“I will start by saying that we will be back to Villa Nencini next year, and for a full week's stay. Does that tell you something? The location is perfect for the walking trips; the owners/managers are on site; the grandfather is the chef, taking time to hunt the boar and deer for the larder! The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with marvelous views over the ancient Etruscan walls, down the Cessine valley to the Tyreenean Sea. Breakfast and dinner are in what was once the Villa's stable, now...

“The whole property is very nice. hideaway. quiet and beautiful. I like the bio-organic vegetarian restaurant. The breakfast is wonderful. the swimming pool is beautiful too. You have to walk through a large lawn to get there. the floating lotus and flowers around the pool. very nature and calm. Only wish there could be some one who could help us for the luggages. as it is not easy to carry the luggages to walk up the long stairway.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about my stay! Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, the staff were efficient in handling all my needs.”

“Such a beautiful peaceful property, lovely to hear the birds after being in the cities Friendly and helpful staff, especially Maria who gave us excellent local advice especially to make sure that we got a Dondoli Gelato in San Gimignano- you were 💯 right Maria And Nicola at the restaurant- fantastic service I feel that coffee and tea making facilities in the room would be a great idea”

“Perfect location for Volterra, great views, super friendly hosts & great rooms”

“This is an incredibly beautiful, very well-kept, cozy, and serene property in the middle of the Bolgheri aerea. Perfect as a main base to begin the exploration of wonderful villages and their fabulous wines. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient!”

“Trotz Reservation war kein Personal da. Die zufällig präsente Person startete mit telefonieren, um das Zimmer bereit zu stellen. Warmes Wasser gab es nie während der zwei Tagen. Das inkl. Frühstück war am ersten Morgen spärlich und am zweiten inexistent. Das Zimmer wäre sehr hübsch, aber die Organisation total überfordert.”

“I couldn’t even get to the venue, they didn’t answer their phones for a whole two days when I was trying to explore how best to get there. Very poor service, called, sent emails, no response. Never again!”

“Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable. It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure. Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out...

“Superb experience on the stay: room cleaning, meals, staffs, pool service, reception, activity, and the view.”

“Beautiful spot. Enjoyed my stay and the staff was lovely”
