“Absolutely disgusting. Unfriendly staff on check in. Room was dirty, not maintained, electrical sockets unsafe, tap for toilet hand washing is also the kitchenette sink, the tap for the sink was falling off, surfaces sticky and dirty, drawers falling apart and there was urine and toilet paper from someone else in the bathroom. Complained to Expedia who reached out to the motel and they refused to refund our money. Photo evidence of this disgusting property provided to Expedia also. We...

“Very nice and clean”

“리셉션에 있던 DON은 정말 최고의 직원이었습니다. DON 외에도 모두 다 친절했습니다. 렌트카로 멜버른 근교 여행을 계획하시는 분들은 숙소가 중간에 위치해서 거리 상으로도 아주 좋고요, 멜버른 시내에 비해서 가격도 괜찮은데, 시설이 매우 매우 뛰어납니다. 조식도 딱 먹을 음식만 제공되고 있어요. 아주 맛있습니다. 여행의 첫 숙소였는데, 리셉션에서 체크인한 순간부터 너무 행복했던 기억만 남아있어요.”

“It was very noisy from traffic at night. And I was expecting kud's playground or something for family as it's holiday park but there was non. Also we stayed at motel room. I don't know why we stayed at holiday park rather then normal motel.”

“Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight. We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds. Will not be staying again or recommending this place.”

“객실은 아파트 형태로 좋은 편이었습니다. 일층의 레스토랑의 음식은 단데농중에서는 최고가 아닐까 판단됩니다. 불편한 것은 안내데스크에 직원이 잘 보이지않는다는 것입니다. 그리고 피트니스센터는 크게 기대하지않는 편이 나을듯합니다. 주변환경은 크게 즐길 것이 없는, 평범한 시골마을 같다고 해야할듯합니다.”

“필립아일랜드에서 펭귄 페레이드를 보고 밤 늦게 잠만 잘곳이 필요했는데 진짜 새벽도착해서 잠만 자고 나옴. 시설이 세련되지 않았으며 가격대비 당연...주방시설 되어 있고... 그런데 체크인할때 이름은 내이름인데 카드번호는 다르게 예약되어서 hotel.com에 전화하니 뭐라뭐라 하셨는데 아직 의문이네요.”
