The swimming area is great for kids & the breakfast is always pretty good. However, don’t get a pool access room if you want to sleep. It is loud until the pool closes at 10 & if there’s an event in a banquet room, you hear all of that as well

Just mid across the board. Front desk staff was adequate but not friendly or kind. Pool is very small, only 3ft. Just over-all less than.

Old property in need of maintenance. Elevators are sketchy, the breakfast is limited and of average to low average quality. Staff was friendly-ish but told you nothing about breakfast, pool hours, etc.

A little miscommunication about getting a fan for the room. No signs to inform they were going to be working on fire alarm system, no mid stay room service. Otherwise, pretty decent stay. Kids had fun playing in the pool.

They had a group of kiddos checked in for a tournament and it made our stay there absolutely horrible. I just had twins. Just got diagnosed with end stage heart failure and won't be around much longer. I came to Casper to see my son for what may be the last time. My 5-7 year olds couldn't enjoy the pool because it was overcrowded. No one could sleep until 1am. Unattended children where knocking hysterically and running down the Halls. The older boys wouldn't allow my one son to get water downstairs. I also felt uncomfortable by the pool side rooms. I feel like a man with bad intentions could rent one of those rooms and with a night like I had when I was there kids can go missing or get hurt. My Sausages where pink and luke warm for breakfast. That was the icing on the cake. Very very unsatisfied. My trip to visit my son was not great because of this stay.

I used to love this motel how ever my stay this weekend was horrible and manager didn’t want to do anything about it. The pool was over crowded with kids who were clearly too old for the equipment and the menu to the restaurant was very limited. Our room wasn’t clean nor did we recieve any new towels for our stay

Every time we go to Casper we need to stay the night this is the place we've always stayed five hot tubs in a pool and can't forget the koi fish pond super nice

Both Heaters were not working in room. maintenance worker just gave us the run around. Pool had a large group of teenagers, weren’t allowing the younger kids to play. So the hote closed the pool, weren’t given any notice on reopening.

We were treated rudely @ the front desk on check-in When we got to the room… the Bathroom tub had fly & bugs in it. There was pee in the toilet. Dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Ceiling fan was dirty & hanging half way down. We only had 2 towels in the bathroom when I registered for 3 people. My husband had to go get some more. On the 2nd morning we called & asked for our room to be made up as we had used all towels & had dirty diapers in the garbage. When we got back late that evening nothing had been done?? We had to go get clean towels & get garbage bags & take out our garbage. This morning when we went down to breakfast the doors were shut? My husband went to the front desk & they said ‘no breakfast, it’s a holiday’ What??? I’m very disappointed in our stay here!! We have kids living in Casper & we come often, this was our first time staying here, due to it being so much more expensive. I decided we would stay because of the Pool, which was nice for the grandkids. That was the only plus to our stay.

We were told there would be free breakfast from 6 to 930, we all headed down and it was closed. I asked the staff up front.. they said we didnt know there wouldnt we since its a holiday. I said well u should let guest know that ahead of time while checking in.. the girl who checked us in said breakfast 6 to 930.... Maybe plan better and be more respectful when u dont

Bad bad bad don’t stay there.
So bad our room smelled like mold. The shower was leaking water, the sliding door couldn’t open. The table was dirty. The carpet was dirty. Over all just a bad stay the breakfast was terrible. I won’t won’t be staying there anymore.

Nice amenities, convenient and friendly staff.
We were stranded in Wyoming during a winter storm and quickly booked a stay at Ramkota. Super convenient location! It was inexpensive, nicely maintained and, as a bonus, a pool and hot tub for the kids. The parents (us) really appreciated the on-premises restaurant and bar (two separate spots).
