“The resort is not 5 star in my opinion.
Plain drinking water was not freely available throughout the resort (we had to ask for bottled water). Our room was clean but fixtures were tired, broken or worn out some powerpoints were loose on the wall

“My husband and I traveled to Fiji from Sydney and stayed for 5 nights at the Hilton. We booked a beachfront room- the view from the room was amazing.
The resort has a spa, gym, 3 main restaurants and 1 for snacks.
There is a buggy service through the resort every 5 minutes, since the resort is around 2.5 km big. This service makes moving around very convenient.
The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

“피지에 거주하고 있어 자주 방문하는 리조트입니다.
멋진 해변과 조용함이 장점입니다.
주말이라 부킹이 많았는지 직원들은 바쁘고 청소가 안되있어 체크인 시간보 다 1시간정도 늦게 입실을 했고 심지어 예약했던 Deluxe Garden Bure 가 아니였다. 룸상태도 좋치 않아 문제를 제기 했고 방을 교체해 주길 요구했다..1시간 가까이 해결되지 않아 호텔스닷컴에 중재를 요구했고 리조트측은 정중한 사과와 함께 최상위 프라이빗 빌라로 업그레이드 해 주었다. 우리는 만족했으며 잃어버린 2시간을 잊을만큼의 충분히 즐거운 시간이었다.
또한 퍼스트 랜딩 비치 리조트 의 유일한 단점이던 부실한 조식도 많이 개선이 되어 조식을 먹는 즐거움도 더할수 있었다.

“Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. Snorkeling was good all around the island, and the sandbar trip to the coral walls was a highlight.
