“We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold....

Receptionist was awesome—gave recommendations, great overview of things to see and do, explained what was special about the view from my room window, and was willing to help me carry my luggage upstairs. Bathroom was pristine and the hotel is so cozy like a proper bed and breakfast.”
