"The staff was rude, out of the 5 restaurants 3 were closed. There was no room service. We had 4 rooms booked for our group. They gave easy to access, walkable distance for the 2 room with NO kids and they put the other 2 rooms in an extremely far away room because we had kids. Just awful"

"Hola el hotel, es el típico hotel estilo norteamericano, creo que el nombre te da la idea, es comodo, con los servicios necesarios, considero que fue poco favorable la distancia del centro ya que te debes mover en taxi, pero en general, esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, es comodo, y amplio, los servicios, ..."

"Had a short overnight stay and wished I had booked two nights. It was close to the train station which I needed after schlepping my luggage all over Switzerland and Italy. Although I didn’t cook anything, it has everything you would need. Was nice to finally have a fridge."
