"Reserved parking in a gated facility was great! Parked across from the building to complete the self check-in to get the room key card to open the garage door. Room was super clean and well-maintained. There was a little traffic during the rush hours to get to and/or leave this area."

"Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice.
