We stayed with my family and two small kids. The team was extremely friendly and helpful, gone above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. The room and service rooms were super clean. The location is fantastic too. Lots to bar and restaurants are just across the canal and the neighborhood is very nice and lively.

Soo loud. We had the room 301 so in the middle of the hotel. The room was nice and spaceous but the windows did not isolate at all. We could hear every night the people on the streets until around 3:30/4:00 am, even with ear plugs it was super hard to sleep. If you party, theb its a good place with nice amenities but if you are a family, AVOID.
