Im Bad waren mehrere Bodenfliesen lose, sodass man sich barfuß daran verletzen konnte, im Duschbereich waren überall verschimmelte Silikonfugen, auf dem Lüfterdeckel waren extreme Staubablagerungen, da war schon längere Zeit nicht mehr geputzt worden.
