“This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.”

“What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning! We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊”

“숙박비도 저렴했고 조식이 완전 훌륭했어요 주변 편의점이나 식당에서 먹는 것 보다 훨씬 싸고 종류도 다양해서 잘 이용했습니다 방은 일반적인 비지니스 크기이며 강가뷰여서 오리도 볼수있고 깨끗하고 좋았어요 시티센터와도 도보로 이동 가능하여 위치적으로도 만족합니다 오크에 놀러오신다면 이곳에서 숙박하는걸 추천해요 ”

“Had a fabulous weekend here with family We ate in the restaurant the food was amazing as was the service. Everywhere was spotless and the beds are so comfortable. The only downside was there was no main light in the room just lamps which made getting ready in the evening a bit of a pain ”

“Lovely friendly staff every person was a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Room clean and comfortable. Pool was great but very busy as it was 1/2 term.”

“Ideally situated just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. I got an upgrade to a suite, such a treat, it was just a shame that I didn’t have more time to make the most of it. I’ll definitely return next time I’m up in Leeds. ”
