"Room was, indeed, spotless and very spacious. Loved the fridge and microwave. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Car got snowed in and one of the staff worked very hard for fifteen to twenty minutes to help me get it free. VERY much appreciated that courtesy."

The current administration should invest funds in the National Parks, rather than divesting from them, and rather than spending untold, mismanaged, hundreds of millions on ballrooms and personal jets. This historied encampment deserves to be kept up in a more intentional way for our children and grandchildren. Can you imagine what Skyland would look like if just a handful of millions going toward a gilded jet were spent on the deep cleaning and deferred maintenance it requires? "
