“We arrived at the hotel to find it was closed.Notice on the door saying closed until 15 Sept 2021. I rang the Hotels. com Gold Team expecting them to sort a credit for this booking and for them to find us another hotel in the vicinity. The person answering the phone couldn't help and said he'd put me through to their rebooking team. After 40 mins of listening to on hold music...the line disconnected. I began the process again. I explained to the person answering the phone that I just spent 40...

“El alojamiento y la comunicación con recepción muy bien, la decepción fue que nos decidimos por este ApartaHotel porque tenía SPA y justo en nuestra estancia estaba “Temporalmente CERRADO”, por lo que fue una decepción para nosotros. Estaría bien recibir una recompensa del hotel para poder volver otro dia y poder disfrutar del SPA. Repito: por el resto, todo muy correco: bien equipado, limpio, tranquilo, bien comunicado, aparcamiento cerca, personal muy bueno en recepción… etc”

“El hotel está en el centro en la calle principal así que es fácil de llegar. Los trabajadores muy agradables. Con normas de covid correctas. La piscina un acierto. Mi hijo es celiaco y solo teníamos cogido el desayuno. Se han preocupado por él en todo momento. Calor en las habitaciones. Todo muy correcto. Muchas gracias.”
