The hotel ambience is lovely, classy with an old fashion feel but up to date fit out etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly, like staying in their home. Breakfast was a good selection and quality, served on the huge balcony with a view of the harbour. The hotel location is right in the heart of Port de la Selva. I can’t fault a thing. I would stay again and given the chance will go back.”

I rang the Hotels. com Gold Team expecting them to sort a credit for this booking and for them to find us another hotel in the vicinity. The person answering the phone couldn't help and said he'd put me through to their rebooking team. After 40 mins of listening to on hold music...the line disconnected. I began the process again.
