View of Bariloche in Patagonia - Argentina from one of the most rewarding and challenging hikes of my life. Snow but no snow shoes, gators or crampons. OH NO! Still such an amazing experience in Argentina. Patagonia is stunning and was at the very top of my bucket list. I was extremely impressed with all of the beauty and will keep it forever close to my heart.

Beautiful snow packed mountains of Patagonia. Patagonia, the rugged ice fields of Argentina offer some of the best hikes I have ever been on in my entire life. Some are a bit challenging, like this one in Bariloche. This hike began by a pristine lake, Gutierrez, then up to Cerro Frey. From Cerro Frey we had to cross a steep snowy pass and it is definitely harder than it looks. Hard, but rewarding.
