โThis was a very nice room at a good rate. It was very peaceful with a park right outside. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the skylight in the room was appealing. The gentleman who works there is kind and helpful. โ

โFor anything downtown near Caesar's Arena, this will be my future hotel choice. Staff was friendly, easily walked, well lit and signed distance to the venue. There is also a tram that stops on Woodward ave, right in front of the hotel, and runs every 15 minutes to attractions along Woodward Avenue, downtown. Clean room, friendly staff, parking structure adjacent. โ
โI booked the "hotel" for 6 nights. It was an excellent choice for the price. Roomy, fully equipped kitchen, friendly helpful front desk, a 15 minute drive to downtown Detroit, close to all shopping and good wifi. What more could you ask for?โ
โThe Roost is beautiful! Right when you walk in, youโll be in awe. The location is great, everything in walking distance. We parked in a parking lot just beside the hotel for $80 and that was overnight parking for 2 nights.
The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Our room was nice, clean and bright. Only complaint was that due to Saturday night being in full swing, it was very noisy and we heard it all from our room. There was a white noise machine in our room so they definitely are aware...
