"in the process of the checking in, we arrived at 2:00pm, the front desk lady “told” (not informed) us the official check in time was 3:00pm. Neither she offered to store our luggage. Just left us there standing. As customers, we certainly did not appreciate the hospitality. I wish Hotel Central administration would take note of this. Thank you."

"Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!"

"Location is very good, only few minutes walk to old town. Quiet location next to the river. Easy to find taxis for travel to train stations or elsewhere. There were few steps to first floor room. However hotel stagf staff offered to carry our suitcases. Thank you. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. "

"This hotel is in a great location. It was a nice hotel 20-25 years ago, but now the furniture and carpets are old, worn out, and stained. Staff are friendly, but the owners obviously do not invest in the hotel anymore. There are many better hotels in Sarajevo for a lot less money. "

"Lovely boutique hotel in a very central location near to all main sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The room had good facilities but could have done with a bit of updating but overall would recommend."

"The welcome was like from an old friend. The room was great, comfortable bed, block out curtains and a great shower. Clean towels was nice as well. Parking was easy and just across the road a nice change. I can highly recommend it here"

"Great location, and absolutely excellent and helpful staff - but this hotel seems like it was recently purchased and was not well maintained (E.G. empty soap dispensers in room, old digital locks on doors, but using keys for doors, etc - which is not a problem in and of itself.). The biggest downside was that there is no working air conditioning, despite advertising this before hand - and so sleeping with the window open above several cafes your alarm clock in the morning will be a thousand second hang cigarette smoke wafting into your room."
