"We came down from Massachusetts for a wedding. I reserved a suite with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told that I have a room with 2 full beds, and was also told that the hotel didn’t have any queen beds…but online I specifically reserved queen beds. After proving that I reserved queen beds. The girl at the front desk then tells me that the hotel does have queen beds but “they were not clean”. So which one was it? You do or don’t have queen beds? When we got into our room it was terrible. Sheets clearly never cleaned or replaced. Cabinets were broken, couch had stains, office chair was broken, chips and messed up paint on walls, missing/ damaged parts on headboards, door frames looks like they have been broken into, some of the lights and plugs don’t work. Also..some of the doors don’t lock so anyone can just walk in at any point. They have a pool but I wouldn’t be worried about going into it, walking by the pool, we saw a hairball next to the pool. That tells me that they don’t clean anything well. The breakfast was absolutely horrible (I was told). I will never stay at a country inn again in my life this experience was that bad. "

"The ac was functional, but the faucet was not. Lifting it to turn on the water, it fell off. We asked for it to be fixed, but that wasn't in their plans, so we asked to move rooms. They said they were full. The beds were kinda clean; the sheets might have been washed but the frames were dusty and there was a fake fingernail next to one. Other guests on our fllor were smoking something other than cigarettes for two of our three nights; when we take to the front desk, they told us there were no other guests on our floor. (Note we were told ask rooms were booked.) Breakfast was some muffins that were handled before we got downstairs (like, visible finger prints) while the cereal sat out all weekend long. The pool is tiny. "

"It was disappointing. Very old needs updated. Carpet is very dirty. There’s only one mirror in the whole room and it’s in the bathroom and it’s very dull. It was not a good experience."
