"Rooms are up to date but the property is in the middle of renovation. So, a lot of construction going on around you and the floors and balcony were dirty with construction debris. When it rained, our bathroom was flooded with water coming through the light fixtures. We called the front desk, and they reattached the light fixture but never stopped the leak. We had two more days to go on our trip so we let it slide. We put a trash can in the bathroom and kept going. The staff is really not that talkative and friendly. They don’t explain much to you about what all the property offers or where anything is."

The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone—from the front desk to the entertainment team—was welcoming, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Their energy added a lot to the overall atmosphere of the resort. "
