โThis was an incredibly affordable stay in Stamford. We were going to a show in Port Chester and needed a place to spend the night. We were not looking for anything extravagant, just a clean, inexpensive hotel and this fit the bill perfectly. Checkin was easy and quick, the room very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was just OK. โ
โClose enough to downtown Stamford , parking was easy . I have a student attending UConn so it was close enough to everything that we needed. Will be staying again and Pet friendly is huge so when I come to visit my daughter can see her dog! This was our second stay here and now that the pool is open we can take a dip! โ
โWe're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??
