"The stay was very good. I like the location the best of all hotels in Banff. I had three separate reservations for here over 8 nights, aside from two other hotels in Banff. I find Park Lodge to be in calmer side of Banff yet walking distance to everything. The staff has definitely improved their demeanor from a few months ago and i find easy to wind down in the comfort of the room after a full day of hiking. They only thing they could improve on is the tea and coffee served in the room daily and consistency in the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash used across rooms in the hotel as some use the better Bee line whereas other rooms still have the older version of cleansing products which is a bit weird. "

"This is an older hotel but you get the value fir your money. There is a Waterpark in the hotel and amazing hott tubs!!! A play place for kids. We don't ski so cant answer anything about that. Its about a 5 minute drive to downtown Banff"

"It has a greay outdoor heated pool area with gas fire pits and coaches. Modern rooms. "
