“We really enjoyed our two night stay. The staff was super accommodating whenever we asked for anything. The property is incredibly unique and really gives you the local, in the jungle vibe, but with a super nice room. Would happily come back.”

“Absolutely loved this property! It's gorgeous and the staff is amazing! The rooms are spacious and honeymoon vibe. We went during the dry season which is the hottest so be prepared for the humidity and lots of stairs. If you are a light sleeper I recommend you being earplugs because the wild life dont care if youre sleep deprived. Food and drinks were so good and we definitely will be back!”

“Jaguar Creek was an absolute gem!!! Not only is the location spectacular, but the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The location was so beautiful and relaxing. Onsite there so many beautiful plants and a couple of hiking trails that are recommended to really explore the area. The food is delicious and the menu changes daily. The cabana was clean and neat and I just couldn’t get enough of the location. Mostly, the nights were quiet but you do hear the howler monkeys from time but it just...

“Mariposa Jungle Lodge is the perfect place for a special occasion or weekend getaway. The staff is super hospitable and are very willing to answer any questions and accomodate any requests that you have. The food is top notch and the grounds are very well kept. I would highly recommend Mariposa for a 10/10 experience.”

“We had an incredible stay here. The pools were beautiful and well kept. Food was good, of course pricier than local options but still fairly priced and fresh. The landscaping and grounds and boardwalk were a dream though. Amazing work they have done here. It has to be decades of tending and pruning. The property manager was able to help us with our tour plans as well. We found cave tubing and ziplining through her connection to be cheaper than booking online.”

“Great menu great location portable road to get there no shampoo in the cabin which would have been nice and way too dark when you arrive at night for the first time but overall a great experience especially if you want to do zip lines or some caving”

“In the US, a bed and breakfast always means breakfast is included and we didn't notice that breakfast was for a fee.. it didn't bother us at all but just so everybody will know I thought I'd mention it ... The breakfast you could get was not at all expensive and it was delivered right to your room.... The one staff member we met was extremely nice and extremely helpful... Kudos to him, he was great.”

“The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

“We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. Also if a person wanted something to eat you were not getting that either.. ot a least a cocktail!! My husband and I agreed the property was beautiful but we are getting...
