The owner of this apartment messaged me saying there is no cleaning service, room is not cleaned so I need to cancel my booking. Why do I need to cancel if the problem is on their side and till now they don’t want to refund my money. Are you scammers? cheating people’s hard earned money. Just refund my money now,
