The front desk staff are untrained and rude. They lack customer service skills. We requested two keys as my companion and I share the room but to no avail. The staff are also not stationed in the front desk as they usually chit chat inside the room behind the desk. I ringed the bell and they got out annoyed that it seems I am disturbing their gossiping. The staff here are very unprofessional.
