worst resort in my life. 다시는 쳐다보고 싶지도 않은 리조트
예약한방은 구경도 하지 못했고, 밤에 도착을 하긴했지만 자고 있는 리셉션 직원 겨우 찾아서 방바꿔달라니 이상한 방으로 안내를 해주지 않나, 호텔은 지저분하고 서비스도 형편없습니다. 음식은 먹어보지 않았으니 하도 더러워서 음식생각이 안나는 리조트 입니다. 밤에 나방 바퀴벌레 많습니다. 바퀴벌레가 날아다니다가 얼굴에 붙어서 기절하는줄 알았네요. 앞이 바로 바다라 전망은 좋습니다만 객실에서 차가 다니는 도로까지 올라가려면 대략 아파트 20층 높이 계단으로 올라가셔야 합니다. 웬만한 사람들보다 체력 좋은편인데도 중간에 한번 쉬고 올라갔습니다.

You couldn’t leave the place for outside dinner because steps to go out of place to get taxi or take forever and there were at least 10 rungs of stairs to climb! You need to be in hiking shape to stay at this place! Hotel doesn’t take credit card for food so bring lots and lots of pesos with you

The view is great. I have not seen a better one. There are about 270 steps to get to the hotel. It’s hard to climb more than 1 to 2 times per day.

Not a convenient place. Drivers overcharged extremely harshly for short trips. A tourist trap. Hope the Philippines fix this area up.

220 steps to your room.
My brother-in-law and we travelled together, and we have two separate reservations at this hotel last night. First of all, there are 220 steps to our room from the lobby. And to check-in, we need to go 40 more steps to the reception. My brother-in-law has a bad knee, and he had to check-in to a different hotel. For me, I now have a sprained knee after all the ups and downs. Luggage had be zipped-line down to the room. I blame both Hotels.com and the Hotel for not letting us know about the steps. I demand the refund from either hotels.com and/or the hotel. This is a one-star hotel. TV was broken, room was so dated, shower splashes water all over the bathroom, and there is no wi-fi. This hotel is a real joke. To be fair, staff tried everything to make your stay less miserable.

It’s beautiful view from the top, the beach is very clean, sandy with rocks. I love the 500 steep down because it’s hardcore cardio. This resort is not for old people, who have height issues and weak legs. But I love so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We are not aware of the 260 steps to take to go down and up in this properly. I have my 81 year old mother with me. None enough variety of food in the menu. We were booked for 6 nights 7 days, outside food or drinks were not allowed. Their beach are not good for swimming, too much rocks. The swimming pools does not look the same as on the website. It is a lot smaller and the jacuzzis are not functioning. Internet is very poor even in the lobby. No internet in the rooms as stated on the website. It was boring, no entertainment or anything. The only nice thing about this place aside from the staff is the view from the top. It was amazing!!

Non sportifs, attention!
Cadre sympathique. Point négatif, toute une série d'escaliers a descendre pour arriver a notre chambre idem pour partir ( plus de 200 marches). Nous avons dû attendre 1h30 pour avoir un petit déjeuner alors que les cuisines sont censées ouvrir a 7h. Les chambres sont rustiques et problème de pression d'eau dans la douche. Compte tenu du prix, 70euros par nuits cela reste cher payé

急な階段の登り降りが大変！良い運動にはなるが。。（笑） 昔エレベーターがあったが、今は故障しているとの事。 親切なスタッフが多い。

Huge disappointment
Don't waste your money going there. Horrible place to stay. Way overpriced for what you get. Food and drinks very expensive. 5 star price for 1 star place. Aircon in room not working, so management and owners solution was to give us a fan. Lots of hidden charges. Jacuzzi not working. Found a dead rat in the Jacuzzi. Staff took out the dead rat and then proceeded to fill the Jacuzzi without emptying it first and sanitizing it before refill. Place is completely run down. Would NOT recommend it to anyone. Plenty of other cheaper and I'm sure nicer places to stay in Oslob.

I AM amazed about this review. Make up story of this guest. Seafari team did his outmost: Aircon no problem at all after check maintenance.Real problem is the physical condition (overweight) of the huisband. We offered extra fan, refused.we offered change one bedroom to standard extra Aircon room for free.All refused by guest, guest was after refund/discount which Seafari refused. Our good and drinks are good fresh quality less expensive than in city restaurants. The guest also order and eat a lot! So bad review out of revanche for no refund

お客さんがいたため施設の作りが良いという理由で２度目の利用でした。 しかし、それ以外で特別良いことはありません。 しかも以前はジンベイザメスポットまで船で行ってくれたのですがいまは車の送迎なので長い長い階段を登ることになってしまったので次回はもうないです。

Could be so great but it is not
We booked two beds and payed for it. They tried to put us in a room with one bed. I explained that I was with my brother and needed two beds. They tried to say I was getting an upgrade but the room matched the pictures online for the room I paid for. There is no WiFi service and they would not give me a light blanket or pillow . There is not a safe at all. Except for two staff members, the staff is not happy and is put out when you order food! The pool is so cloudy , we did not get in it! This place could be amazing- the views are so great and located ideally! Did not mind the stairs! Never heard of having to pay for a pillow

断崖絶壁に建てられたユニークなホテルでしたが、快適に滞在することができました。 特に、ホテルで申し込んだホエールシャークウォッチングツアー(1100php／人)はとてもよかったです。 スタッフが1人ついてくれて、ホテルのジプニーでの送迎、ウォッチングの受付、呼出順番のお知らせ、ウォッチング中の手荷物の見張り、など至れり尽くせりのサービスでした。ウォッチング代が1000phpなのを考えると、実質100phpのサービス料で全部してくれたので、お願いしてよかったです。 また、チェックアウトが12:00なので、ウォッチング(6:30～8:30)から帰った後も、しばらくホテルでくつろげたのもよかったです。 小学生と中学生の子連れ家族旅行でしたが、こちらに宿泊したことで、セブシティからの公共バスを使ったオスロブ旅行が快適にできました。施設の古さは多少ありますが、スタッフのみなさんがとても気持ちよく対応してくれて、とてもいい滞在でした。

Must be a mountain goat to climb down stairs to facility's. Resort not appropriate for small children. Food was good and served fast. Staff was nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. No where does it state that a climb of over 100+ stairs is required for you to get to the rooms. There is a lift, but it was out of service. Even if it wasnt, it is a flimsy contraption that does not look safe (think small metal cage hung over a ledge). Leveraged on the long climb in and out of the hotel by selling neccesities at exorbidant rates (40peso for 500ml of drinking water when norm is 15peso). No wifi. First notice in room says "water supply in day is limited, expect water to be salty as drawn from deep well". Toilet paper provided is 1 ply. Staff tried to hardsell their own taxi service by deliberately refusing to flag down punlic bus for you. Same tactic to hardsell scuba services instead of snorkling by refusing to help procure snorkling passes for whalesharks in a timely fashion. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We came with a large group of almost 15people needing several rooms. Beautiful location and view. Be warned of the many stairs, there is no elevator. The staff is over the top excellent and extremely helpful. When we checked out I asked for help with all our luggage. I said to the staff we have a lot of luggage he responded "yes sir, theres a lot of us". Thats when I knew they have a great staff at that hotel. The room I had AC and it was nice and cold. The only thing I thought they need to update is their check-in system, its paper and pen which will cause confusion when reserving several rooms.

Terrible!
Terrible experience, the only positive thing is the view! We were ok with the steps as this had been mentioned on the booking site so we were aware of this. The staff were rude and we had to go looking for assistance from the onset, even eating at the restaurant they wouldn't even bother to walk down to the table to take our order we had to order before we sat down. No wifi. Television didn't work. Pool was filthy. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

Needs improvement
If you hate stairs, love coffee in bed, like hot showers and good food, then this hotel isn't for you. Staff was average and not as friendly as one would expect while in the Philippines.

Delicious food and verry friendly stuff. Confusion with the airport pickup and the owner is kind of rude. TV Set did not function at first as remote control was out of order. Lots of steps there. Not advisable for older people.

絶壁に建つ異次元なホテル
まず、到着して予想を超えた絶壁に建つホテルを見て、驚き。そして、階段を下りていくが、絶景に感動。しかし、この階段は、また登らなければならず、若者にはいいが、足に自信がないとつらいだろう。 部屋は、奇麗に保たれ、ローカルホテルにしては、良いと思う。（他は知らないが） 景色は、素晴らしくゆったりとした時間が過ごせた。特に、夜は、スミロン島の光の移り変わり、星空を、寝転びながら体験できて、気持ちが良かった。 階段の上り下りが大変なので、レストランを充実していると外に出て行くことなく、ゆっくりできた。 到着したら、ホテルのサービスの説明、又はサービスのチラシ（日本語）があると、その内容によってだが、利用できれば、無駄な階段の上り下りはなくなる。

Hotellets personal var alldeles för många och högljudda för att det ska bli någon avkoppling men vissa var ändå trevliga. Första rummet vi fick var fel på avloppet i så vi bytte efter en natt rum då det stank riktigt illa. Blev dock placerade i rummet precis bredvid som dessutom hade en dörr mellan nya och gamla rummet vilket gjorde att en del av stanken trängde sig in ändå... Spolknappen fungerade inte i toaletten och duschen var full med mögel. Vi valde detta hotellet för att det var så pass nära till Whale Shark Watching stället, och det var det. Vi blev ditkörda på en moped (3 st på en moppe) vilket inte kändes så säkert men å andra sidan var gratis. Restaurangen imponerade inte på oss alls, bred meny men inte särskilt god mat och väldigt smutsigt. I helhet var hotellet mycket överprisat, men går absolut att bo där i några nätter för att åka till valhajarna eller vattenfallen runt om.
