“Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected, and had everything we could ask for. The grounds are so beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return for an extended stay on my next trip to Italy!”

“Excelente servicio, inmejorable ubicación”

“This is an incredibly beautiful, very well-kept, cozy, and serene property in the middle of the Bolgheri aerea. Perfect as a main base to begin the exploration of wonderful villages and their fabulous wines. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient!”

“Splendida, gentili, organizzatissimo”

“Bella struttura e personale molto gentile”

“I will start by saying that we will be back to Villa Nencini next year, and for a full week's stay. Does that tell you something? The location is perfect for the walking trips; the owners/managers are on site; the grandfather is the chef, taking time to hunt the boar and deer for the larder! The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with marvelous views over the ancient Etruscan walls, down the Cessine valley to the Tyreenean Sea. Breakfast and dinner are in what was once the Villa's stable, now...

“I couldn’t even get to the venue, they didn’t answer their phones for a whole two days when I was trying to explore how best to get there. Very poor service, called, sent emails, no response. Never again!”

“We've had a wonderful stay for a week at Villa Opera with 2 children. The building is a traditional farm house with thick walls and shutters which helped in the scorching heat. There was no AC but we had fans which was ok and expected with an old building. The landscape was amazing and we've watched many amazing sunsets in the garden. There is a pool with was perfect in the heat. It needs a little maintenance and the sunbeams and parasols were good but in need of a little TLC. The property is 5...

“Perfect location for Volterra, great views, super friendly hosts & great rooms”

“Lovely stay at a little gem in Volterra. Enrico the owner has created a great concept with different apartments around the city and the restaurant is serving delicious local plant based food. Don’t miss the cheesecake ❤️”

“B&B senza colazione! Cit. Parcheggi pubblico poco distante senza disco orario.”

“Decent, but bed was bad and place was very damp”

“The property was great: spacious, very nicely decorated and a big fenced garden for our dog to play. Very friendly staff who helped with our needs including extremely late check-out. ”
