"The floors in our room turned the bottoms of our feet black upon arrival. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. We had a tiny room and the only place to sit and eat was in bed. Not a fan of ordering breakfast and having it delivered to the room - just have a simple continental breakfast in the lobby where the dining area is. People have to come down to get coffee anyway. The only reason I booked was because it was directly in front of the transient docks where my boat was. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was very friendly, however."

"Loved the location, very nice outdoor facilities with the beach chairs and umbrellas. I was very disappointed in the outdoor bar by the pool. Ordered 2 Painkillers….which was described and Rum, Rum and more Rum. They were $15 each (no price posted) and there was either zero rum or so little it couldnt be tasted. I’ve had painkillers and this was just a cup full of ice and juice. Now I see why the bartender kept running inside to the bar to fix the drinks. No one could watch. Other than that, we were pleased with the stay and will come back, but bring our own beverages next time."

"This hotel needs MUCH work.. the room was run down and needs a major renovation. The carpets were so soured smelling on the second floor where we were.. it was nearly unbeatable to walk to our room. The overall condition of the place was just not great.. the bathroom was pitiful looking.. paint chipped away.. the grout and all in shower was nasty looking... I won't stay again and don't recommend."

"Absolutely beautiful, Nikki and Sean are fantastic hosts. Breakfast was beautiful and more than enough. Fresh fruits, delicious pastry and a made for each person egg soufflé. All with juices, coffee and tea. The house is magnificent and the value of the price, room, and breakfast is stellar. Do not hesitate, it is absolutely lovely and I can’t wait to come back."

"the front desk staff was pretty helpful, they let us know that the pool closes at 12 so we took a little night swim which was great. they had fresh towels by the pool as well, which was great. the beds were fine, pillows were a bit flat but still comfortable. the bathroom is probably my least favorite part. it wasn't dirty, we had fresh linens, but the toilet barely flushes, and the sink didn't fully drain on its own, we had to manually drain it. overall, our stay was fine, the hotel did what we needed it to do. the price was a bit high in my opinion for the quality of the room, but the staff were helpful and the pool had late hours which were big pluses for us. I would probably choose this hotel again just for how easy everything was, and it's in a very convenient area. if the bathrooms were updated, this would be a 5 star review!!"
