"Hot tub wasnt working, purposely booked this hotel again because of hot tub. Also my lock on my door wasn't working. I had to go back to front desk over 20 times because i couldn't get the door open. Finally just left the door propped open with the medal lock thing so i wouldn't get locked out. Staff friday and Saturday night didn't try to help. Just kept giving me new key cards "

"Property seemed to be brand new. They didnt miss a thing with brand new updated plces to plug in electronics and gaming devices, or laptops. Easy HDMI extension for TV to plug in gaming systems or laptop. Dedicated workspace. Nice showers with pretty mirror and iron board, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap. Downstairs gym, fresh ice water area, pool table AMAZING BREAKFAST! Great downtown location. "

"There was ants in our room on the floor all the cabinets were broken in our executive suite. The tub what's nice? It was a jet tub, but there was no stop. So you couldn't take a bath and the curtain was too small.So when you took a shower, water would pour out onto the floor the air conditioning in the front room was broken all furniture looked like a guy working in a garage.Slept and sat in all of him greecefield the pullout couch, it had pee stains on itdefinitely needs some preventative maintenance to go through room 340 i wouldn't call it an executive suite The elevators were scary. I thought they were going to fall down.It also needs preventative maintenance done on there when we pulled into the parking lot for the night to go to sleep, there was no parking. We had a parking, the mexican restaurant parking lot "

"I’ve never written a review. Air conditioner was affective. The room itself was disgusting and had mold. They don’t clear the floors or the bathroom because there was dirt and dust on the bathroom fan and behind the toilet. Also the toilet lid was taped and barely worked. Fortunately there was any bugs from what we saw and we did a thorough inspection. Unfortunately I’m surprised there wasn’t any bugs because all the reviews say other wise. "

"The room was clean but a little dated. New floors but the bathroom could have used a higher toilet. Definitely older and very low to the floor. I did love that we could bring our dog for a very minimal cost. There is a nice area to walk her as well. Unfortunately we were on the back side and it was pretty loud and the dog kept barking. "
