This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Iowa City and University of Iowa campus. The rooms were clean and light with lots of windows. Mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in room. The lobby is spacious with lots of seating options. They offer a great complimentary breakfast with a chef to make breakfast tacos, omelets etc. They had a yogurt bar, cereals, granola bars, bagels, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice and coffee. Would stay here again.

This boutique hotel is quaint. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and there were creamers for coffee. The continental breakfast included eggs. There was plenty of parking for our 15 seater van.
