"Overall a very middle of the road property. Good for a night or two maximum. Rooms are fairly tight. Rooms were clean but kind of worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, very busy with people coming and going. Staff did a good job if keeping up and replenished things as they ran out if you grabbed their attention. Pool did not have any towels nearby unless we asked for them. Garbage sat piled near the elevators on our floor overnight into the mext morning. I'd only recommend if you're there for a quick night before the airport. "

"I can’t express how wonderful the staff is in the hotel , front desk lady and Miguel and all staff have been wonderful every time we stay and come to Toronto we just love being there ! I highly recommend the hotel from rooms to breakfast to the excellent staff and shuttle service .Thank you "

"This property looked fairly new, it was only a 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport and the shuttle was easy to use. Rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we had an early flight but they had coffee in the lobby which was a nice bonus! Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and departure."

"The staff couldn't keep up with the demand at breakfast. Every time we went up, the containers were empty. In addition, the pool heater was broken so we couldn't use the pool."
