"1 slide was shut down, 1 section of the splash pad was shutdown. they stop the waterslides 30 min before they close - which is way too early. They charge you a resort fee at least it should be in working condition. "

"The property isn’t clean at all. Evidently people live in some of the units and they are not keeping up with cleanliness. "

"The property appears to be recently redone with newly painted walkways and building. The parking lot is newly resurfaced and each room is tidy and well supplied. The pool was nice and clean. Each room has southern shutters instead of curtains giving an upscale touch."

"Staff didn’t speak any English, room was absolutely horrendous, they DEFINITELY used AI for the photos they posted as the room looked like it belonged in a gas station bathroom. There was pee in the toilet and the room smelled awful. I paid for a “deluxe” room with two beds and walked into a single bed room that honestly made me feel like I was going to leave with bugs on me. Bathroom had dirty soap on the towels. We IMMEDIATELY left after a look for a new place to stay and checked out. Will NOT recommend to anyone! "
