The room was dirty, parking was limited and there was barely any privacy since you are sharing a house with strangers.

I have booked on Expedia for years.I booked this home thinking that I was booking the whole house. I found out it's a shared house with strongers there. I plans went down hill for Valentines day. I was going to cook dinner for my guest. I contact Expedia for a refund and they advised the own would not allow it. I spoke with the owner. To advise of the safety, in a house with strange people. The owner did not care. They are just collecting people money. I have never rented a house with other people. I'm so glad I didn't have my children with me. However, we didn't not to check in because me, my husband and our guest would have had to share 1 room. So we didn't to get a hotel and go out to donner. Please, please.....avoid this house and don't get treated on renting this home.NEVER AGAIN.

This 9 bedroom home is shared with permanent resident's that didnt even know we were coming and they were very uncomfortable with letting us in. The parking situation is very inconvenient as there is no parking on the street and we had to talk with each resident every night about who parks where because of "their" schedules. The so called shared refrigerators were packed with residents food. One of the residents had his music blaring until late. When we thought we might be able to use the pool or Spa, well that"s an extra cost of $$ per day. This whole situation was very uncomfortable and inconvenient for us. We do not recommend staying here for vacation. Nice house but very poor experience.
