“It was nice stay in Hampton inn Trussville”

“This hotel was super clean, wonderful rooms, great lobby and wonderful front desk attendant! We only needed to sleep for a few hours before catching our flight, but I wish we would when stayed longer. This was probably the nicest and cleanest hotel I’ve seen in many yearsssss!”

“Ok”

“The staff were awesome . The check in was quick and easy. The room was sooo clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing but great things to say.”

“I enjoyed my one night stay everything was clean. I have stayed here many times before and always have enjoyed my day.”

“Staff was an older gentleman that checked me and he was nice but I never saw any staff after that. Breakfast there was not much to choose from which is fine but there was no milk for the cereal. I chose a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Bath towels were stained and had a small amount of hair embedded in them. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Nice hotel clean friendly staff”

“Wife liked it. Showing a bit of age here and there. Staff said they couldn't print out a receipt because I had reserved via expedia.”

“My mother got stuck in the bathroom. The door would not open. No one from the hotel was able to open it so we had to call 911 for the fire department to open it. The hotel staff kept saying give them about 20 minutes because they had no one present to assist and their engineer lived far from the hotel. NOT ACCEPTABLE”

“The area was very easy to travel. Everything is close by. The complimentary breakfast was from 6am-9am & that was nice too.”

“너무 좋아요”

“TV didn't work and we were told there was no one there to fix it. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Room would not stay cold. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was not included. Had to be paid for separately and was a typical continental breakfast”
