"Nice stay. A classy hotel. Some of the stuff such as bath tub/shower is a little dated but all in good working order. Excellent cleanliness and loved the complimentary in room coffee selection. Would definitely stay again!"

"Hotel does not have the water machine or ice machine. I have been to other hotels and where they don’t have water machine, they give complimentary 2-3 water bottles and rest you can purchase. But here they don’t offer any complimentary water bottle. If you ask they can bring you in a jug and glass. The one water machine is in the gym area only and I don’t see anyone using the gym and ma"

"No breakfast as it was under construction..disappointed no alternative for was offered. "

"There were a few mistakes made at the desk when we checked in, but they were quickly remedied. The room was decent, but in need of improvements. Furniture was badly marked and in need of refinishing and the chairs were not comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but the fitted sheet was too small for the king size mattress. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was pleasant. The soaps provided seemed to be watered down. Access to the air conditioner was difficult and was very close to the ceiling. Checkout was a bit of a nightmare, as the staff were not trained to deal with changes, and when they phoned for help, the manager was not helpful and it took much longer than necessary. Parking was convenient and the hotel is conveniently situated and in close proximity to a few dining choices. The view of the mountains is so beautiful and breathtaking."
