"This is a beautiful hotel, the staff were very nice, the hotel, room was clean. Don't get me started on the breakfast, it was quite the spread. I just wish that the restaurant thats there had a better variety of food. And also wish they had a microwave to use so that we could have warmed up our left overs, the whole hotel had no microwave thats what we were told. But besides that money we'll spent."

"When we first got to the resort, it was a little rocky to say the least. There are no elevators and 4 floors to each building. We were not able to have help with our bags, as a big tour group got there at the same time. Our originally assigned room was filthy and gross: the walls were caked with feet/hand prints, makeup still on the sheets, and the room overall was in need of repair. When I tried to call the front desk, I was told that she didn’t believe me and needed someone to check my word. We waited for 30 minutes in the room - no show. I went to the front desk with pictures. We spent 2.5 hours walking from another room that was also dirty, to the front desk to inform them yet again. Overall it took us 3 hours (and a LOT of walking in 94 degrees heat) to get into a cleaner room that was sufficient for us to spend 5 days in. Once we were able to get changed and get down to the pool, we were much happier. All of the employees are great and very helpful. Drinks were fantastic and the food was great. Breakfast at both restaurants are the same, just different locations on the property. We did try the steakhouse and it was excellent!! Their 24 hour selection was really sad, just a pile of chips and some cheese sauce. Definitely the party place, it was bumping bass music until after 2am but we were expecting that. Room(s) and front desk agent who implied I was lying: 0/10 Pools, restaurants and everything else: 9/10"

"Highly recommend this resort. Staff was always polite every hour of the day. The gesture of putting their hand across their chest is very respectful. And shows their culture. From the very beginning I was pleased. They upgraded my room because of a celebration and from there on the treatment was great. The food was also great. Every restaurant. And the fact that I wasn’t confined to the resort was also a plus . Fifth ave is very walkable and not at all . Although the beach wasn’t enticing it didn’t affect my pleasure of my stay at this resort. I would definitely go again. Thank you Wyndham Altra !"
