"Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Hotel holds a $150 PER NIGHT incidental fee…seems a bit much to me. Also, the little convenience store on the 1st floor sells microwaveable meals…with no microwave in the store nor the rooms. You have to give your items to the front desk clerk to have them heated. Huge inconvenience. One last thing, hotel allows smokers to sit right outside the front door."

"We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. Our room was super clean and comfortable. They thought of everything, even face masks. We loved the architecture, lots of personality. There was some street noise, as you might expect in downtown LA, but closing the curtains helped significantly. The location was excellent, with great restaurants nearby—especially Lala’s Argentine Grill. We walked to Little Tokyo and the Convention Center and felt safe in the area. The rooftop pool is small but a great place to relax. We also splurged on valet parking and were glad we did—our car was usually ready within five minutes. Great service, location, and overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!"
