Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done. It was however quite difficult to communicate with the man who took over for the remainder of my stay. All in all, I'd stay there again but in an upgraded room."
