"This was our fourth time staying here and every time it gets better. Love that the fridge has a cold drink waiting for you when you open your room, the views of Reforma are stunning! All and I mean All of the staff is friendly! Will definitely be back, God willing."

"The location was convenient, The rooftop area was lovely. It was a bit noisy due to outside traffic. The check in process would be less stressful if the check in instructions stated that the access code for the room would be provided by staff at the time of check in."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. Only downside is that it is a bit hard to find, the instructions on how to find the hotel are not exact. The breakfast add on is worth it!"
