"This was a clean, safe, and convenient spot to stay for one night near hotel. The bus shuttle to airport is a godsend! Just make sure you call as soon as you go past customs/ security to secure your ride. My only disappointment was the hot food at free buffet. It was a bit bland. Also, there was an irksome inconsistency on how to clean after yourself in the breakfast lobby. One group of people are told to pick up plates/ cups while other groups leave their table a mess without a word. The rule should be everyone picks up after themselves, display this rule somewhere prominently, and apply consistently. Otherwise some guests could come out feeling as if they are being treated unfairly. Or at least, it would look that way…Besides that point, it is a fine hotel."

"Amazing hotel! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Sandra was amazing with the housekeeping and Rodrigo was very helpful. In general this hotel is very highly recommended. Very clean, great location (close to many restaurants and shops). We will be rebooking this hotel in the future."

"I found the receptionist at the Business Club to be somewhat unapproachable. When I approached her for assistance, her tone came across as unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. At times, it felt as though my requests for help were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a guest. Given that the Business Club is a guest-facing area, I would expect a warmer, more approachable, and service-oriented attitude. A friendlier tone and greater willingness to assist would make the experience considerably more positive."
